Hugo Spritz
Ingredients:
- 2 oz St-Germain
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 6 - 8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 oz club soda
- To garnish lemon wheel
- To garnish mint sprig
Directions:
Yields: 1 cocktail
Take the mint leaves and clap them between your hands to release the oils before adding to a stemmed glass. Add the St-Germain and stir gently. Next, add a handful of ice, followed by the Prosecco and club soda. Stir to combine and chill. Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh mint sprig.
