

Gaelic Flip
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz Bushmills Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 tsp Allspice Liqueur
- 1/3 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg
- Garnish Nutmeg
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (without ice) to emulsify.
2. Fill with ice and shake again.
3. Strain into an Irish coffee mug or rocks glass and garnish with grated nutmeg.
