Dirty Martini Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp Gin
  • 16 green olives
  • 4 oz blue cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp dry vermouth
  • 1 tsp olive juice
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp ground pepper
  • 1 piping bag with star tip

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Finely chop 4 of the olives and set aside.

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. In a small bowl, mash the yolks with a fork, add the chopped olives, mayonnaise, crème fraîche, parsley, vermouth, olive juice, and seasonings and mix together. Place the mixture into a piping bag with a star tip and pipe into egg white halves.

Garnish with a full green olive and blue cheese on a toothpick.
