Gin
1/2 oz
St. Elder Elderflower Liqueur
1/2 oz
-OR- St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
3/4 oz
lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Garnish:
Rosemary Sprig
Garnish:
Lemon Peel

Directions:

  1. Muddle the blackberries in a shaker.
  2. Add the vodka, gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice, fill with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
  3. Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon peel.
