

Cold Weather ‘Buch
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Knob Creek Bourbon
- 0.5 oz Cynar
- 0.5 oz Cherry Heering
- 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
- 0.25 oz Lemon Juice
- Kombuncha
- Cinnamon
Directions:
1. Combine bourbon, Cynar, Cherry Heering, syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker, and shake with ice.
2. Double strain into a Collins glass, top with Kombucha.
3. Grate cinnamon onto the top of the cocktail, and garnish with a cinnamon stick wrapped in an orange peel.
