1. Combine Bourbon, Tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake gently and pour contents into a rocks glass (including ice).
3. Add bitters.
4. Top with ginger beer and then gently pour pomegranate juice over the back of a cocktail spoon to create the topper.
5. Garnish with mint leaves.
