Discover the artistry of Ensueño with this exclusive bundle featuring two unique expressions born from a shared philosophy of craftsmanship, terroir, and time. Handcrafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, both their Wheated Bourbon Reposado and their Small Batch Barrel-Rested Blanco are made using only three all-natural ingredients: fully mature, estate-grown agave, pure water, and natural yeast. Each micro small batch is produced using traditional stone ovens, natural open-air fermentation, and aged or rested in carefully selected American oak barrels to create Ensueño’s signature depth of flavor. This Reposado is aged 8–10 months in extra-rare American oak casks, developing rich, layered notes and smooth complexity from its time in wheated bourbon barrels. Meanwhile, this Barrel-Rested Blanco is a masterful blend of 80% tequila rested for 3 weeks and 20% rested for 7 weeks—bringing subtle oak character while preserving the bright, crisp nature of a true blanco. Due to their all-natural process and the influence of the highland terroir, no two batches are ever the same—each is a one-of-a-kind vintage that will never be replicated. This special release is the result of a unique collaboration between renowned Master Distiller Sergio Cruz and Master Blender Oscar Vasquez Camarena.
