Severo Anejo is longrested in white oak barrels. The distillate gains depth in the barrel, acquiring a golden-amber hue and mimicking the toasted notes coming from the wood. This process gives it a long finish and subtle notes of coconut and sweet spices reminiscent of the finest liqueurs.
