PENNANT STRAIGHT BOURBON WHISKEY

A blend of 3 different 4-year-old bourbons, our house bourbon (Old Port Bourbon) and two different styles of bourbon from Indiana. In 2025 we will begin making all three of these bourbons in house for a 100% Maine sourced product.

Mahogany, butterscotch, tobacco and straw on the nose. Toffee, toasted sugar and sweet corn on the palate with a well-rounded, spiced dry finish.
