The prominent flavors resulting from this process are juniper and citrus from fresh orange zest and Yuzu powder. Yuzu is a Japanese citrus that is used as a flavoring agent in many food products. It is known for its unique flavor profile combining lemon, mandarin orange, lime and grapefruit. After distillation, house made cucumber extract is added. The resulting final product is a soft, sweet, citrusy American style gin that is very approachable and versatile.
