It’s liquor with a Maine twist! Blueshine begins with Maine barley, fermented in our large wooden fermenter and then run through our copper still. When the “shine” is ready, we add in a bucket of Maine wild blueberries and complete the potion with a subtle helping of Maine maple syrup. It’s a taste of blueberry pancakes ... with a kick.
