JACOULOT CREME DE PECHE DE VIGNE

Highly prized in the Burgundy region, this intensely aromatic fruit releases powerful aromas. The vine peach is a fruit that once grew wild throughout the Burgundy region. Smaller than the dessert peaches we usually eat, it offers a far more intense and developed aromatic profile. After harvest, it macerates for around 60 days in extra-fine alcohol to extract its fragrant flavours, amber colour, and natural sweetness.
