Harrington Hooch is a young whiskey that is rapid-aged using toasted American white oak chips. It is crafted in small batches by H&S Spirits at our distillery in Harrington, Maine. At 80 proof it is smooth enough for sipping neat or on the rocks. Also makes a great Old-fashioned, Manhattan or other cocktail.
