Our very first recipe, perfected over years inside our family’s log cabin-turned distillery. Every bottle is aged in charred oak barrels in our handmade rackhouse after being carefully triple distilled. Just a few small but precious drops of Maple Syrup from our land’s trees are added and only water from our natural spring is used. When it’s finally ready for consumption, this amber brown spirit has our signature aroma of fresh Maine maple with the incredibly smooth finish we’re so proud of.
