Dear Agency Store Partner,

We are pleased to announce that on Wednesday December 6, 2023, Maine Spirits will be holding a Trade Show and Consumer Show at Halo at Thompsons Point in Portland. The shows will focus on new, luxury and seasonal items. 

Please join us from 1-3:30 pm for the Trade Show, which will be open only for licensed agency liquor stores and free to attend.  Registration is required, due to occupancy limits and will be on a first come, first served basis.  REGISTER HERE.   The registration link is also posted on the ecommerce dashboard.

If there is still room available, we will allow registration at the door day of the show, but we encourage you to register early and secure your spot at the show.  The Trade Show will give you the opportunity to talk with brokers and suppliers and sample their products and we will have some fun giveaways for those present.  Food will be available. 

PLEASE NOTE:  All parking is pay-to-park and managed by Thompson's Point. Parking is monitored 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The rate is $2 an hour.

The Consumer Show will be 5-8:00 pm and will feature  the same items as the Trade Show.  You are welcome to join us at the Consumer Show and tickets may be purchased at https://www.mainespirits.com/  Nov 10, 2023 at $40 per ticket. 

There will not be discounted tickets available for the Consumer Show.

Good Afternoon Agency Liquor Store,

As was communicated a few weeks ago, we are trying a rotation process for our monthly Blanton’s allocation.  We used a computer generated randomizer to produce a list of all of you who opted in to receive an allocation of Blanton’s and have attached the list for your reference.  Our allocation may fluctuate from month to month, so the number of agency liquor stores that receive an allocation may not be on the same schedule each month.  This month, the first 43 stores on the list will be allocated one (1) case of #16850 BLANTON SINGLE BAR  93P.  This will be keyed for you in the next couple of days and will be sent on your next primary delivery.

Those 43 agents will be moved to the bottom of the list.  When we receive the next allocation of Blanton’s, the next 43 (+/- depending on how many cases are received), will each receive one case of Blanton’s.  Remember, this will be keyed for you automatically, and depending on what we receive for an allocation each month, you could receive a case every couple of months, based on the attached list.  If you refuse a delivery, you will be removed from the list.  The list may change, as others decide to opt-in, but I wanted to provide a general idea of when you could anticipate receiving a shipment.  Any new accounts will be added to the bottom of the current list.  Our allocation has been arriving in the warehouse within a two week time frame each month, starting around the 14^th of the month.

Item code #39422 NEW AMSTERDAM PINK WHITNEY 10PK 60P 12/50ML is now sold as a case only (12 10-packs to a case).  This item must be sold as 10pk.

***As an additional note, when placing an order, you will receive product in increments of 12 which would equal 1 case. For example:  24 would equate to 2 cases, 36 would equate to 3 cases.

Maine Spirits will be conducting a Limited Release Spirits Lottery, open to agents and consumers, starting February 13^th.

Another email with the link will be sent on February 13^th.

Below is a list of the items that will be included in this limited release lottery:

The lottery will be open for entries on February 13^th at 9:00 AM. Entry period will close on February 24^th at 12:00 PM (Noon). Winners will be drawn on February 27^th, and agents who win bottles will have the bottle(s) added to their next order for their next delivery.

Consumers whose names have been drawn will have from February 27^th until March 3^rd at 12:00 PM (Noon) to confirm their purchase of their bottle(s) via an email link, otherwise their bottle(s) will go to a second chance lottery. Confirmed bottles will be added to the order of the agency liquor store of the consumer’s choice and must be purchased by the consumer at that location within 30 days.

Consumers who have been selected for the second chance lottery will be notified on March 6^th and will have until March 10^th at 12:00 PM (Noon) to confirm their purchase of their bottle(s) via an email link, otherwise their bottles will be allocated at the discretion of the supplier.
