Set the mood for the night with a special Valentine’s day cocktail. Bring out the good glassware. Stock up on decadent garnishes like chocolate covered strawberries, cut fruit into heart shapes, and have chocolate sauce on the ready.

DRINKS
Love Potion No. 9
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Stoli Vanilla
- 3/4 oz Strawberry Liqueur
- 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
- To taste Champagne
- Garnish Strawberries
Directions:
This mix of ice cream, strawberries and champagne will melt your crush's heart.
Place small scoop of vanilla ice cream in bottom of glass.
Pour in Vodka and Strawberry Liqueur.
Fill glass with bubbly.
Garnish with a strawberry.
French Martini
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Vodka
- 0.25 oz Chambord
- 0.5 oz Pineapple Juice
- Lemon
Directions:
Shake all ingredients over ice, strain and serve in martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
Cranberry Punch
Ingredients:
- 1 Part Triple Sec
- 2 Parts Vodka
- 3 Parts Cranberry Juice
- 6 Parts Ginger Ale
- 2 Parts Orange Juice
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Sugar
- Orange
Directions:
Add ingredients to a punch bowl and stir. Add spices to taste, and garnish with orange slices.
Chocolate Covered Raspberry
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz White Chocolate Liqueur
- 1 oz Smirnoff Raspberry
- 4 Each Raspberries
- 0.25 oz Chocolate Syrup
Directions:
Combine spirits in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
Pour over ice.
Garnish with chocolate sauce and raspberries.
Indulge.
Kiss Me Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Jim Beam Rye
- 0.5 oz Strawberry Liqueur
- 1 oz Passion Fruit Juice
- Sparkling Wine
- Lemon
Directions:
Shake all but sparkling wine with ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute then top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon peel, or place a strawberry on the rim.
