1.5 oz Dry White Vermouth
0.5 oz Galliano Liqueur
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
2 oz Proper No. Twelve Whiskey
4 oz hot coffee
.75 oz simple syrup
2-3 oz heavy cream
Ingredients:
1.5 oz West Cork Irish Whiskey
0.5 oz St. Elder Blood Orange Liqueur
