Maine Blueberry Mojito

Ingredients:

Makes 1 Pitcher

Add Bacardi Rum, lime juice, sugar and blueberries to a pitcher and muddle vigorously until blueberries and sugar are broken up and dissolved, respectively. Add the mint leaves and muddle gingerly to extract the mint oil from the surface of the leaves, making sure not to pulverize them. Strain contents into a tall Collins glass full of ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.

1. Mix with crushed ice in blender until smooth, then pour into a chilled glass, garnish with a pinapple frond and serve.
2. Alternately, the three main components can simply be added to a cocktail glass with ice cubes.

Preparation: Shake with ice and double strain into coupe glass
Garnish: Lime wheel

1. In a tall glass filled with ice
2. Add 6 oz of Gosling’s Stormy Ginger Beer
3. Top with Gosling’s Black Seal Rum.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge (optional).

Cuba Libre

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Rum
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Top with Cola

Directions:

Fill a highball glass with ice and add the rum.

Squeeze in the juice from the lime and add the rind.

Top with the cola, gently stir.

Garnish with a lime.
