Melon Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Casamigos Blanco
- 1 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- Garnish: Skewered Honeydew Melon Balls
Blood Orange Sunset Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Milagro Reposado Tequila
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Orange
- 1 oz Blood Orange Juice
- 0.75 oz Agave Nectar
Strawberry Jalapeño Margarita
Ingredients:
- 10 oz Casamigos Reposado
- 5 oz Cointreau
- 5 tbsp Salt
- 5 tbsp Agave Nectar
- 5 oz Lime Juice
- 1 Lime
- 20 Strawberries
- 1-2 Jalapeños
Directions:
(Makes 1 Pitcher)
Add Casamigos Reposado, Cointreau, lime juice, agave, strawberries and jalapeños to a pitcher and muddle vigorously until strawberries and jalapeño slices are broken up. Add ice, cover and mix until chilled.
While the drink is chilling in the pitcher, combine equal parts salt and sugar on a small shallow plate. Rim a rocks glass with a lime wedge, then dip in the salt/sugar blend to coat the rim. Garnish with a lime wheel, a strawberry and a jalapeño slice. Strain drinks into glasses.
Lavender Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Tequila
- 0.5 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Lavender Syrup
Directions:
Lavender Simple Syrup Instructions:
-1 cup water
-1 cup sugar
-1/2 cup dried lavender flowers
Combine the water, sugar, and lavender flowers in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer for 2 minutes, or until clear and sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool. Strain and refrigerate until needed.
Cocktail Instructions:
Add tequila, cointreau, lime juice and lavender simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled.
Honey Fig Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Reposado Tequila
- 0.5 oz Cointreau
- 0.75 oz Honey Mango Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- Half Fig
- 1 Lime
Lemon Chamomile Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz tequila
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp agave
- 1 teabag chamomile tea
- 1½ tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
Yields: 1 cocktail
In a small pot, combine the water and agave over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer. Once simmering, remove from heat and carefully pour into a heat-safe sealable jar. While the mixture is still hot, cut open the teabag and add the contents to the jar. Seal the jar and allow the syrup to infuse for at least 1 hour.
Once infused, mesh strain the syrup into a shaker with ice. Add the tequila and lemon juice, then shake for 30 seconds or until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with slices of fresh lemon. Oregano and fresh chamomile flowers are an optional (and beautiful) garnish.
