Egg Whites in Cocktails?!

Ingredients:
- 2oz Glenmorangie Scotch Whisky
- .5oz Amaretto Disaronno
- .75oz Lemon Juice
- .25oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Directions:
Dry shake all ingredients
Add ice, shake again
Double strain into glass
