Lemonade Rum Punch
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Coconut Rum
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 4 oz Lemonade
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice

The Rachel Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Iced Tea
- 2 oz Raspberry Vodka
- 1 oz Lime Juice

Saskatchewan Summer
Ingredients:

Ketel One Cucumber Mint & Soda
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Ketel One Botanical Cucumber & Mint
- 3 oz Soda Water

Timberpoint Cooler
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Aperol
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- Top with Club Soda
- (garnish) Cucumber
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients except club soda into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
3. Top with the club soda and stir gently to combine.
4. Garnish with a long slice of cucumber, placed along the inside of the glass to form a spiral shape.
