When your social feed fills with photos from Fiji, mix up some Fiji of your own.

• 2 1/2 cups freshly brewed coffee
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup Kahlua
• 1/4 cup vodka
• whipped cream for garnish
• cinnamon for garnish

PREPARATION

In a saucepan stir together the heavy cream, Kahlua and vodka. Once thoroughly mixed. heat mixture over moderate heat until hot. Divide the mixture among heated mugs, add coffee and garnish each drink with some whipped cream.
