Ingredients:
1 cup pitted sour cherries (available in frozen fruit section of most grocery stores)
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
4 ounces gin
½ cup fresh lime juice
½ cup lemon-lime soda

Combine cherries, water and sugar in a saucepan and simmer until the mixture has thickened and sugar has dissolved. Set aside to cool. Once cooled, strain and discard solids. This sour cherry syrup can be used in other cocktails as well! For the gin rickey, pour the strained syrup and all remaining ingredients into a pitcher and stir. Serves 4.

In a mixing tin, muddle the cherry tomatoes. Combine the rest of the ingredients except the beer. Add ice, shake and double strain into an attractive footed pilsner glass. Add the beer and ice. Using a potato peeler, remove a nice ribbon of lemon peel, wrap a cherry tomato, spear it and place it atop the drink.

2 oz Bird Dog Devil Dog Cocoa Cayenne Liqueur Whiskey
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

 

Combine milk, whiskey, sugar, and cocoa powder and heat on low in a saucepan. When hot, pour the mixture into mug and top with cinnamon. Enjoy! (optional: top with cayenne powder)

12 Parts White Wine (Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
2 Parts DeKuyper® Triple Sec
12 Parts Soda Water
4 Peaches
2 Oranges
2 Lemons

Mint Sprig
Sugar

In a blender. combine 3 peeled peaches, 1/2 peeled orange, and the juice from 2 lemons and 2 limes. Puree until smooth and set aside.
In a large pitcher slowly stir together the wine, triple sec and puree mixture. Add remaining fresh peach slices, cherries and sugar to taste.
Serve cold in an ice-filled glass with a splash of soda water.
Optional: For perfectly thin sliced citrus, use mandolin slicer.
Serves 6.

Muddle strawberry in a Collins glass and build drink on top over ice. To with champagne adn garnish with a sliced strawberry.

Vanilla Syrup instructions: De-seed one vanilla pod and cut into quarters. Steep in one cup of hot water, turn off heat, and add one cup of granulated sugar. Store covered for 24 hours, strain into a container.

1 Mini Watermelon
6 Mint Leaves
4 oz Stolichnaya Vodka
2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Top with Club Soda
Garnish: Lime Wheels

Serves 2.

1. With a large spoon or ice cream scoop, carve out the inside of half a mini watermelon and set aside.
2. Add the watermelon chunks and mint leaves to a blender and purée until smooth.
3. Fine-strain the purée to remove pulp and add the juice (about 1 cup) to a separate container.
4. In the carved watermelon half, add cubed ice, vodka, lime juice, simple syrup and 5 ounces watermelon juice.
5. Top with the sparkling wine.
6. Garnish with lime wheels and a mint sprig.

Fee Brothers Bitters
Lime Wedge

Fill your rocks glass with ice, add 2oz Bimini gin, top off with Q tonic, add 2-3 dashes of Fee Brothers bitters. Stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Ingredients:
2 oz Cognac
1 oz Cointreau
½ oz Lemon Juice

Spread superfine sugar on small plate. Rub lemon wedge halfway around the rim of your glass. Dip rim in sugar. Set aside. In your shaker, add 2 oz Cognac, 1 oz of Cointreau, and a ½ oz of fresh lemon juice. Add ice and shake until very cold. Strain into your prepared glass. Enjoy!

2 oz Plantation 3 Star Rum
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup

Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice until very cold. Strain into glass. Enjoy!
 

Substitutions:
Sub grapefruit for the lime juice. Or use a ½ oz of each. Sub the simple syrup for Maraschino liqueur to make a classic Hemingway Daiquiri. Use crushed ice and blend all of the ingredients in a blender for a frozen treat.

Ingredients:
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Boiling Water
1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1 cup Fresh Lime Juice

Combine boiling water and sugar in a small saucepan. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Add fresh juices and cool completely. Decant when fully cool. Mix will keep for 1-2 weeks in the fridge. It’s flavor is best when used right away. Recipe can be scaled up or down depending on how much you want to make at a time.

1 heaping tablespoon of honey

0.25 Part Toschi Nocello® Walnut Liqueur

0.5 tbsp Sugar
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper

Pre-heat a mug by filling it with hot water. After 30 seconds, discard the hot water. Add Basil Hayden’s Bourbon and Nocello Walnut Liqueur to the heated mug. Add the spicy hot cocoa and gently mix together. Garnish with chili peppers.
*Spicy Hot Cocoa
Mix together cocoa powder, sugar, salt and cayenne pepper. Add hot water and stir until dissolved.

4 oz. Tequila

2 oz. Orange Liqueur (Triple Sec, Grand Marnier, Cointreau)

2 oz. Lime

1 Mango

.5 cup White Sugar

.5 cup Pineapple Juice

3 cups Ice

Preparation: Combine fruit of mango, pineapple juice, and sugar in a small sauce pan and simmer to dissolve sugar and soften fruit, then let cool. Next, combine all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth; this can be served right away or stored in freezer.

Garnish: Lime wedges, and marigolds, the drink has a pale yellow color that looks great with darker red marigolds. 

Single serve option:

2 oz. Tequila

1 oz. Orange Liqueur 

.5 oz. Pineapple Juice

.5 cup of Ice

1/4 of a Mango

1 Jalapeño Pepper, sliced
1/2 cup Silver Tequila
1/4 cup of Lime Juice
1 Mango Ice Pop (We suggest Outshine Mango Fruit Bars)

Directions

Mix jalapeño pepper, tequila, and lime juice a together in glass. 
Let the ingredients sit in the fridge (approx.1-2 hrs) to infuse jalapeño. 
Garnish Rim with Salt. Dip Ice Pop in glass. Enjoy!

0.5 oz Sugarcane Syrup
2 Serrano Slices
Salt

Tajin mixture

Create a spice mixture rim on glass with salt, sugar, and tajin mixture. Combine remaining ingredients into shaker. Muddle fruit/herbs. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 8 - 10 seconds. Fine strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice. Optional: Garnish with cilantro or a lime wedge. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 parts Milagro Reposado
1/2 parts Ancho Reyes
1/2 parts Fresh Lime Juice
3 parts Grapefruit Soda
1 Grapefruit Wheel

Using a lime wedge, wet the rim of the glass and salt half the rim. Add ice, Milagro Reposado, Ancho Reyes and grapefruit soda. Squeeze a wedge of lime and discard. Garnish with a thin grapefruit wheel. Enjoy!

1-2 Thin Slices of Jalapeno
1 part Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1/2 part Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 part Agave Syrup
1 part Club Soda

In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle jalapeno. Add mescal, grapefruit, lime, and agave syrup. Add a couple of ice cubes and shake briefly. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice. Add club soda and stir gently to incorporate. Garnish with a jalapeno ring or lime wedge.

Run a lime wedge over the rim of the glass and dip in salt and cayenne mixture. Mix the remaining ingredients in a glass over ice and stir. Top with cherries and jalapeño slices. Enjoy!
