1 oz Sour Apple Schnapps
0.25 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
0.25 oz Caramel Syrup
1. Shake well with ice
2. Strain into a martini glass

3 oz Cranberry Juice
6 oz Ginger Beer
2 oz Orange Juice
Cinnamon (to taste)
Allspice (to taste)
Nutmeg (to taste)
Orange Slice (Garnish)
Cranberries (Garnish)
1. Add ingredients to a punch bowl and stir.
2. Add spices to taste, garnish with orange slices and cranberries.

3 bags Tazo Passion Hibiscus Tea
3 cups Water
2 Limes
Club Soda
1. Steep the tea for 3 minutes in hot water, then remove the bags. Set to cool.
2. Once the tea is cool, shake everything except for the sparkling water over ice.
3. Strain into a tall glass with ice. Top with sparkling water.

1 oz grapefruit juice
2 oz fresh hibiscus tea
¼ part agave syrup
Add all ingredients to a pot and heat gently. Pour into warmed Irish coffee mug. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. Drink with caution, contents will be hot.

1. Combine all ingredients in a martini shaker fi lled with ice.
2. Shake and pour into a martini glass.
3. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Directions:
* Dry ice is dangerous and should be handled with extreme caution and never consumed.
Place the raspberries in a pitcher and muddle them together. Add the vodka and Chambord to the pitcher and stir. Finally, add the ginger beer and one piece of dry ice. Pour mixture into a rocks glass over ice.
2 Parts Basil Hayden's Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1 Bar Spoon Apricot Preserves
10 Mint Leaves
Add 8 mint leaves to a glass and lightly press with the back of a bar spoon. Add Basil Hayden’s Bourbon, apricot jelly and crushed ice into the glass. Swizzle briefly and add more crushed ice until it is mounding over the top of the glass. Add a straw and garnish with additional sprigs of mint.

12 oz frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
12 oz frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice
1.5 liters club soda
1 sliced lemon
1/2 cup maraschino cherries
1. Add all ingredients to large punch
bowl or dispenser.
2. Serve over ice and with cherry
for garnish.

1 oz Vodka
Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with gingerbread cookie crumbles or sprinkles.

Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a pint glass and garnish with a mint sprig.

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher or punch bowl with ice.

1.5 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
1.5 oz Cranberry Juice
2 tsp Lime Juice
3 oz Sparkling Water
2 Thyme Sprigs
Shake Tito's Handmade Vodka, juices, and thyme in a shaker with ice. Pour into a glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a thyme sprig.
2 oz Jim Beam Rye
0.5 oz Raspberry Schnapps
3 oz Apple Cider
1 Lemon Wheel
Build over ice in a tall glass pouring the Razzmatazz last. Garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim.

1.5 oz Vodka
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
1 oz Cranberry Juice
.5 oz Lime Juice
1 Thyme
1 Cranberries
Directions:
Add vodka, pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a skewer of cranberries.

4 oz Lemonade
1 Splash Club Soda
1 Lemon Wheel
Build over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

1.5 oz Lemon Juice
2 tbs Honey
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass.

0.5 oz Bauchant Orange Liqueur
0.75 oz Honey Mango Syrup
1 oz Fresh Pressed Lime Juice
0.5 Fig
1 Lime Wedge
Directions:
1. Muddle half a fig and syrup in shaker.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Cap and shake vigorously.
4. Strain into chilled serving glass
1.5 oz 1800 Silver Tequila
0.25 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
0.5 oz Creme de Violette
1 oz Honeydew Melon Juice
1. Shake ingredients over ice.
2. Double strain into a coupe glass.

0.5 oz Irish Honey Syrup
8 - 10 Mint Leaves
Mix one part honey with one part boiling water.
Lightly press and roll mint leaves along a derby glass.
Half fill glass with crushed ice and pour in half the liquid.
Place more crushed ice on top and pour in remaining liquid.
Garnish with mint sprig.

2 Parts Lemon Sour

1 Pinch Ground Cinnamon
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cinnamon/sugar rimmed cocktail glass.

7 Mint Leaves
2 Lemon Wedge
In a rocks glass, muddle the lemons first then the mint. Fill glass with loosely crushed ice, add whiskey and stir. Garnish with a lemon and mint leaves.

1.5 oz Vodka
1 oz Iced Tea
1 tsp Honey
0.25 oz Lemon Juice
Rim a glass with sugar. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake well. Strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
