Toasted Vodka Espresso de Guille
Mix It Yourself
2.5 oz Tito's Vodka
1 tsp Islay Scotch
1.5 oz Espresso or Cold Brew Coffee
1 TBSP Demerara or Turbinado Syrup
1. Add vodka and syrup to a cocktail shaker.
2. Add one shot of hot espresso (or 1.5 oz cold brew coffee) to the shaker.
3. Add one large ice cube, and one cracked ice cube to the shaker. Shake ingredients thoroughly.
4. Pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
Note: For the creamy effect, fresh espresso is best. Cold brew coffee will serve, but the crema from fresh espresso will give a nicer presentation.
