Sugar Plum Fairy
Ingredients:
- 1oz Bourbon
- 1oz Simple Syrup
- 1oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- .5oz Pomegranate Juice
- .5oz Lemon Juice
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a shaker with ice. Strain and enjoy!
(optional: add a sugar rim to glass)
PLUM SIMPLE SYRUP
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
4 small plums, pitted and halved
Combine ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer until plums are soft and sugar is dissolved. Strain into a glass jar and discard solids. Cool before using in cocktail. Also delicious over ice cream!
