Silver Fox
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 1 Egg White
- 1 oz Orgeat
- 0.5 oz Amaretto Disaronno
- 1.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 Dashes Soda Water
Directions:
1. Dry shake (shake vigorously for a minute with no ice) the egg white, Amaretto, orgeat, lemon juice, and gin.
2. Make sure it's super-foamy before adding ice and a dash of soda water for a final shake.
3. Don't overdo it on the soda water or you will cause a ginormous explosive mess. Don't ask me how I know this.
