1. Muddle the sugar cube with 1 bar spoon of absinthe, 2 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters and 1 dash of Angostura Bitters in the bottom of a rocks glass.
2. Add whiskey, and stir.
3. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
