1 oz Smith & Cross Jamaican Rum
1 oz Campari
1 oz Dolin Rouge Vermouth
This take on the classic Negroni pairs the rounded, funky, fruity esters of Jamaican rum with the sharp, clean edges of Campari.
Mix ingredients in a mixing glass, and stir over large cracked ice cubes. Strain into a glass, garnish with an orange peel.
