To make homemade Pumpkin Spice creamer, in a small pot combine 1 ½ C heavy cream//dairy of choice, 2 TBSP canned pumpkin puree, 2 TBSP maple syrup and 1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice mix (or a little bit of each cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, all spice, ginger and star anise). Heat it up and let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Cool off completely before using in a cocktail.
In a cocktail shaker combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Service in a martini glass with a garnish of freshly grated nutmeg, a couple coffee beans and a cinnamon stick.
