

Peppered Fig Fizz
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Stroudwater Bourbon
- 2 oz. Pomegranate Juice
- .5 oz. Fig syrup
- 2.5 oz. Captain Eli's Cream Soda
- Raspberry Mist
- 3 drops Pink Peppercorn
- Fig
Directions:
In Shaker, Combine Bourbon, Fig Syrup and Pomegranate Juice.
Shake Vigorously.
Add Cream Soda to Shaker and Stir.
Spritz Coupe with Raspberry Mist.
Strain Shaker Content into Coupe.
Add 3 Drops Pink Peppercorn Elixir.
Clip Fig Chip to Rim with Mini-Clothes Pin.
