Hibiscus Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Tequila
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Agave Nectar
  • 1 oz Monin Hibiscus Syrup
  • Sugar

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker combine together tequila, lemon juice, agave syrup and hibiscus syrup. Shake with ice. Strain into a hibiscus-sugar rimmed glass filled with ice.

*Hibiscus Syrup:
In a pot combine equal parts of sugar, water and hibiscus dry leaves and simmer for 3 minutes. Let steep and infuse until it cools down completely.

**Hibiscus Sugar:
Made by blending together granulated sugar and dry hibiscus leaves.
