Grapefruit Campari Granita

2 cups Ruby Red grapefruit juice
1⁄2 cup Campari
1⁄2 cup sugar
Pour ingredients into a flat pan and freeze for 3 hours. Remove from freezer and scrape with a fork every two hours until the desired texture has been reached. Serve in a glass with a sprig of mint or an ounce of good quality chilled vodka.
