

Gin de Fleurette
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Empress 1908 Gin
- 1 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 oz Crème De Violette
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 4 Dashes Lavender Bitters
Directions:
1. Shake the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with an orange twist.
BATCH RECIPE
Serves 8
1 Cup Empress 1908 Gin
1 Cup St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 Cup Creme de Violette Liqueur
1 Cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
16 Dashes Lavender Bitters
1. Mix the spirit ingredients in a pitcher that can hold at least 64 oz.
2. Juice the citrus, and strain the juice into the pitcher with a mesh cheese cloth. The straining is optional, but straining out the solids will help clarify the drink for a more impressive presentation, and help to better mix the ingredients.
3. Refrigerate the mixture, and before serving add enough ice to fill the pitcher and stir vigorously.
