
Elderflower Sour
Ingredients:
- 2oz Empress 1908 Gin
- 1oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1oz Lime Juice
- 1 Egg White
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice to emulsify the egg white. Then add in ice and shake again to chill the cocktail. Serve in a coupe glass with a garnish of a rose petal or an edible flower.
