Crisp Autumn fall spiced cocktail with calvados, allspice dram, ginger liqueur and lime. Recipe by Ethan Guillemette

Crisp Autumn

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Calvados (Apple Brandy)
  • 1 oz St Elizabeth Allspice Dram
  • 1 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • Garnish Freshly Ground Nutmeg

Directions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake the apple brandy, allspice liqueur, ginger liqueur and lime juice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
  3. Garnish with star anise and a dash of freshly ground nutmeg.
