

Crisp Autumn
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Calvados (Apple Brandy)
- 1 oz St Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- 1 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- Garnish Freshly Ground Nutmeg
Directions:
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake the apple brandy, allspice liqueur, ginger liqueur and lime juice.
- Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
- Garnish with star anise and a dash of freshly ground nutmeg.
