Courvoisier® Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Courvoisier Vsop Cognac
- 1 Sugar
- Orange
- 3 Dashes Bitters
Directions:
Soak the sugar in the bitters and add to a rocks glass with the orange zest. Add the Courvoisier Cognac and a cube of ice. Stir slowly until the ice is almost melted, then add another touch of Courvoisier Cognac and ice cube repeating the process until the sugar is fully dissolved and all ingredients are well mixed. Fill the glass with fresh ice and serve.
