Carrot Citrus Delight
Ingredients:
- 2oz Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Amaro
- 1 oz Carrot Juice
- 3/4 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Honey Syrup
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker combine all of the ingredients, add ice and shake for 30 seconds.
Pour in a glass over a large ice cube and garnish with green carrot tops (or parsley) and a carrot peel ribbon.
