Backyard Tea Cocktail
Mix It Yourself:
2 parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
3 parts black tea
1 part fresh lemonade
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass with ice.
Use a lemon wedge for garnish.

Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except celery and Bacon strips. Pour into glass over ice. Garnish with skewered celery and bacon. Enjoy!
Combine all ingredients in a drink dispenser/tank and pour into glasses with ice.
Ingredients:
1 tsp Salt
Ice Cubes
3/4 cup Tomato Juice
1.5 oz Vodka
2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
To taste Cracked Black Pepper
1 stalk Celery
2 Olives
Directions:
Pour salt onto a small plate. Moisten the rim of a glass and press into the salt. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes; add vegetable juice cocktail, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper. Cover and shake until the outside of shaker has frosted, about 20 seconds.
Strain Bloody Mary into the prepared glass. Garnish with celery stalk and olives.
Ingredients:
1 Ounce Reposado
0.75 Ounces Sweet Vermouth
0.75 Ounces Cherry Heering
0.5 Ounces Cynar
1 Dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Flakes Sea Salt for Garnish
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
2. Fill with fresh ice and stir 40-60 times
3. Strain into a chilled double old fashioned glass and add one large cube of ice (or multiple smaller cubes if that’s what you have handy!)
4. Garnish with a pinch of flaked sea salt placed directly on the surface of the ice cube

0.75 oz Cruzan Coconut Rum
0.75 oz Cruzan Estate Diamond Dark Rum
0.75 oz Grenadine
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
1.5 oz Orange Juice
Build over ice, stir gently, and serve, or blend with ice for a frozen upgrade.

1.5 oz Espresso
Shake over ice. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans.

1 scoop Vanilla Ice cream
Directions:
Pour Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur over vanilla ice cream
Put 1 scoop of ice cream in a small glass
Pour Baileys over scoop

3 oz Baileys Salted Caramel Irish Cream
2-4 tbsp Caramel Sauce
1.5 oz Vodka
3 oz Cream
1 Cup Ice
Sea Salt
Dark Chocolate Flakes
Serves: 2
1. A little at a time, spoon or pour the caramel sauce around the edges of two small coupe glasses, slowly so it drips and drizzles (1-2tsp per glass).
2. Add gold leaf (use a small dry paint brush).
3. Add the Baileys salted caramel and the rest of the caramel sauce to a cocktail shaker, mix with a spoon until smooth.
4. Add the vodka, cream and lots of ice, shake well to dissolve the caramel sauce, strain into the glasses.
5. Top with the chocolate.

2 OZ Baileys Strawberries & Cream
4 CUPS Powdered sugar
1 CUP Butter
¼ CUP Puréed strawberries
Mix 4 cups of powdered sugar and 1 cup of butter in a mixer on low
Add ¼ cup of pureed strawberries and 2 oz. of Baileys Strawberries & Cream until the right consistency

½ CUP Sugar
½ TBSP Lemon juice
½ TSP Salt 3 Eggs, separated
3 TBSP Baileys Strawberries & Cream
1 CUP Heavy cream
1 ½ TSP Vanilla
Purée 1 pound of strawberries in a blender until very smooth, about 2 minutes; transfer to a 4-qt. saucepan. Add a ½ cup of sugar, a ½ Tablespoon of lemon juice, ½ teaspoon of salt, and three egg yolks; whisk until smooth. Place saucepan over medium heat; bring to a simmer. Cook, whisking occasionally, until thickened, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in 3 tablespoons of Baileys Strawberries & Cream liqueur; refrigerate until cold, about 30 minutes.
2Whisk 3 egg whites in a bowl until stiff peaks form; add to strawberry mixture. Fold gently until combined; set aside. Whisk 1 cup heavy cream and 1 ½ teaspoon of vanilla in a bowl until stiff peaks form; add to strawberry mixture. Fold until combined. Spoon mousse into serving cups; chill before serving. Garnish with toppings and serve or refrigerate for up to one day.

2 OZ Baileys Strawberries & Cream
2 SLICES Pound cake
¼ CUP Strawberry sauce
½ CUP Cut strawberries
Whipped cream
Pour 2 oz. of Baileys Strawberries & Cream into a jar
Add two slices of pound cake, ½ cup of strawberries sauce, and ½ cup of cut strawberries
Top with whipped cream

.5oz Smirnoff Vodka
0.25 oz Coffee Liqueur (optional)
2oz Milk
Place crushed candy canes on a small plate or saucer, wet the outside rim of the glass with water & rotate the rim to coat with candy.
Mix 1.5 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream with ½ oz Smirnoff Vodka, 2 oz milk, & ice into a shaker.
Pour & enjoy!

1 oz Lillet Blanc
1 oz Orange Juice
0.5 oz Licor 43 Liqueur
1 Each Orange Wheel
Assemble ingredients and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange wheel.
1 oz Balvenie 21 Year Old Portwood
1 oz Raynal VSOP French Brandy
1 oz Cherry Brandy
1 oz Orgeat Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
1 Pinch Cinnamon Powder
1 Each Cherry
Combine ingredients and skake. Serve up in a martini glass and garnish with a cherry
1 oz Cruzan Black Strap Rum
1 oz Crème de Banana Liqueur
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 Splash Grenadine
Pour DeKuyper® Creme de Banana into glass. Fill with orange and pineapple juices. Float grenadine over juice. Shake or stir. Float Cruzan® Black Strap Rum on top.
2 parts Kraken Black Label
1/2 part Banana Liqueur
1/4 Demerara Syrup (1:1 Demerara Sugar to water)
pinch of Sea Salt
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime twist.
