Mix It Yourself:

Ingredients:
2 oz Aperol
2 oz Prosecco
Splash Club Soda

Directions:
Start by adding ice into the glass then pour in the Prosecco, the Aperol and add a splash of soda, top with a slice of orange. This serving avoids the Aperol settling at the bottom.

3 oz Aperol
5 oz Prosecco
2 oz Orange Juice

Serves 2

1. Mix the ingredients in a plastic or paper cup.
2. Freeze for 3 hours, or until the mixture obtains a slush-like consistency.

For popsicles: Reduce the spirits by half and pour into a popsicle mold.

1.5 oz Aperol
0.25 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 oz Club Soda
1 Orange Slice (garnish)

1 Part Jim Beam Rye
0.25 Part Simple Syrup
3 Parts Apple Juice
0.25 Part Lemon Juice
For Garnish Apple Slice

Measure and pour Jim Beam Rye, simple syrup and lemon juice into tall glass. Fill completely with ice and top with fresh pressed apple juice. Stir and serve. Garnish with a sliced apple.

2 Parts DeKuyper Tropical Coconut Liqueur
3 Parts Apple Juice
Lime Wedges

Build over ice, stir gently, and serve. Garnish with lime wedge.

Mix It Yourself:

Ingredients:

2 oz Bird Dog Apple Whiskey
2 oz Apple Cider
2 oz Cranberry Juice
Cranberries
Apple

Directions:

In a dry cocktail shaker, muddle the majority of cranberries (saving a few for garnish if desired). Add ice, then apple cider and Bird Dog Apple Whiskey. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain the shaker into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling cranberry and garnish with a freshly cut apple wedge or slices and a few cranberries if desired.

Mix It Yourself:

1 Part Midori® Melon Liqueur
1 Part Sauza® Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
1 Part Apple Juice (Cloudy)
0.5 Part Lemon Juice
0.5 Part Simple Syrup

Stir all ingredients and pour over ice in a highball glass.

Ingredients:

10 oz gin (Plymouth)

2.5 simple syrup

2.5 oz lemon juice

Apple Slices

1 Bottle of sparkling apple cider

Directions:

Makes 1 Pitcher (Approx 5 cocktails)

Add ice, gin, simple and lemon juice into the pitcher and stir together. Once mixed, pour 3 ounces into a rocks glass with ice and top drink with sparkling apple cider. Garnish drink with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.

Ingredients:
2 oz Apple Juice
3 oz Ginger Beer
0.5 tsp Cinnamon
1 Cinnamon Stick
0.25 cup Apple Slices 

 

Pour the apple juice and ginger beer into a glass over ice and stir. Sprinkle the cinnamon into the glass and stir once more. Garnish with the cinnamon sticks and the apple slice. The perfect drink for any beautiful fall day!

2 oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple
0.75 oz lemon juice
Splash of fresh pineapple juice
2-3 oz club soda
Mint sprig for garnish

1. Shake the whiskey and juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Strain into a glass and top with club soda.
3. Garnish with a mint sprig

0.25 - 0.75 oz Maker's Mark Bourbon Infused With Apples
0.5 oz Aperol
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Thyme Honey
1 Dash Maple Bitters
1 Slice Apple (For Garnish)
1 Sprig Thyme

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Strain over ice into a rocks glass.
4. Garnish with thyme sprig and apple slice.

*For infused Maker's Mark, let 1 cup Maker's Mark rest in a covered container with 1 cubed apple for 24 hours.

Ingredients:
1 oz Maker’s Mark
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 Orange Pekoe Tea bag or Black Tea

1. Pour spirits into glass.
2. Boil and steep tea, honey and extract in a teapot.
​3. Pour tea over spirits until glass is full! Enjoy!

2 Parts Basil Hayden's Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1 Bar Spoon Apricot Jam
2 Slices Sliced Ginger
0.5 Part Lemon Juice
2 - 3 Dashes Orange Bitters

In a shaker, muddle the ginger and jam. Add ice, lemon juice, and Basil Hayden’s Bourbon. Shake. Strain into ice filled highball. Top with soda. Garnish with lemon wheel.

Pour the vodka over ice in a rocks glass. Add the soda water and a squeeze of juice from a lemon. Lightly stir and garnish with a lemon wedge.

1.5 Parts Maker's Mark Bourbon
0.25 Part Limoncello
Juice of 3 Lemon Wedges
1.5 tsp Apricot Jam
4 Leaves Sage
Soda Water

1. Put all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
2. Shake very hard, and pour into a highball glass.
3. Top with soda water.

2 Parts Maker's Mark Bourbon
1 Part Apricot Preserves
2 Parts Fresh Lemon Sour
0.5 Part Orange Juice
1 Lemon Twist
1 Mint Sprig

Add Maker’s Mark Bourbon and other ingredients to mixing glass and then fill with ice. Shake well and double strain into rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and mint sprig.

2. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a collins glass.
3. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

1 dash Angostura Bitters
Grapefruit Twist (Garnish)

1. Shake ingredients in a cocktail shake filled with ice.
