Busted Pipe
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Chicken Cock Rye
- 1 oz Amaro
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- Cinnamon Stick
Directions:
- Fill Shaker/Pint Glass with Ice Cubes
- Add Rye, Amaro, and Lemon Juice. Stir vigorously.
- Add contents, including ice, to a heavy bottomed Rocks glass
- Garnish with Cinnamon Stick
Similar to an Old Fashioned, or Paper Plane, but with the complexities of a mulled wine combined with the warmth of Rye Whiskey.
