1. Prep the Grapefruit Cubes ahead of time by freezing equal parts grapefruit juice and water in an ice cube tray
2. When frozen, fill a wine glass with grapefruit cubes, add vodka, Montanao and top with sparkling wine of choice
3. Garnish with fresh citrus wheels and a sprig of charred rosemary
