1- 1.5 OZ MAKER'S MARK BOURBON
- 1 OUNCE SIMPLE SYRUP (EQUAL PARTS SUGAR AND HOT WATER)
- 0.75 OUNCES FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 0.75 OUNCES DRAMBUIE
- 0.5 OUNCES EGG WHITE (APPROXIMATELY ONE SMALL EGG WHITE)
- ORANGE PEEL AND BRANDIED CHERRY FOR GARNISH
- DIRECTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
- Fill with fresh ice and shake hard for 30-45 seconds
- Un cap the shaker and double strain (with a tea strainer) the contents into the empty top of the shaker tin
- Dump the spent ice and recap the tin, shaking the contents for another 5 seconds to further emulsify the drink
- Pour into a double old fashioned glass and fill with fresh ice
- Garnish with an orange peel wrapped around a cherry

1- 1 OUNCE JOSE CUERVO ESPECIAL GOLD, 1.75L $5 OFF
- 0.75 OUNCES SWEET VERMOUTH
- 0.75 OUNCES CHERRY HERRING
- 0.5 OUNCES CYNAR
- 1 DASH ANGOSTURA AROMATIC BITTERS
- FLAKED SEA SALT FOR GARNISH
- DIRECTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
- Fill with fresh ice and stir 40-60 times
- Strain into a chilled double old fashioned glass and add one large cube of ice (or multiple smaller cubes if that’s what you have handy!)
- Garnish with a pinch of flaked sea salt placed directly on the surface of the ice cube

- 1 OUNCE GRAND MARNIER, 750ML $8 OFF
- THREE DROPS OF ROSEWATER
- TWO OUNCES CHILLED PROSECCO OR CHAMPAGNE
- GRAPEFRUIT PEEL FOR GARNISH
- DIRECTIONS:
- In a champagne flute, combine fresh grapefruit juice, Grand Marnier and rose water
- Stir briefly and top with two ounces of chilled sparkling wine
- Top with a short grapefruit twist
