    • 1.5 OZ  MAKER'S MARK BOURBON
    • 1 OUNCE SIMPLE SYRUP (EQUAL PARTS SUGAR AND HOT WATER)
    • 0.75 OUNCES FRESH LEMON JUICE
    • 0.75 OUNCES DRAMBUIE
    • 0.5 OUNCES EGG WHITE (APPROXIMATELY ONE SMALL EGG WHITE)
    • ORANGE PEEL AND BRANDIED CHERRY FOR GARNISH
    1. DIRECTIONS:
    2. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
    3. Fill with fresh ice and shake hard for 30-45 seconds
    4. Un cap the shaker and double strain (with a tea strainer) the contents into the empty top of the shaker tin
    5. Dump the spent ice and recap the tin, shaking the contents for another 5 seconds to further emulsify the drink
    6. Pour into a double old fashioned glass and fill with fresh ice
    7. Garnish with an orange peel wrapped around a cherry

    1. DIRECTIONS:
    2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
    3. Fill with fresh ice and stir 40-60 times
    4. Strain into a chilled double old fashioned glass and add one large cube of ice (or multiple smaller cubes if that’s what you have handy!)
    5. Garnish with a pinch of flaked sea salt placed directly on the surface of the ice cube

    2. In a champagne flute, combine fresh grapefruit juice, Grand Marnier and rose water
    3. Stir briefly and top with two ounces of chilled sparkling wine
    4. Top with a short grapefruit twist
