    • 1.5 OUNCES 6PM APERITIVO MONTANARO
    • SPLASH DRY SPARKLING WINE (A BRUT ROSE CAVA WORKS WELL)
    • GRAPEFRUIT CUBES (SEE PREP INSTRUCTIONS)
    • ROSEMARY, FOR GARNISH (OPTIONAL)
    1. DIRECTIONS:
    2. Prep the Grapefruit Cubes ahead of time by freezing equal parts grapefruit juice and water in an ice cube tray
    3. When frozen, fill a wine glass with grapefruit cubes, add vodka, Montanao and top with sparkling wine of choice
    4. Garnish with fresh citrus wheels and a sprig of charred rosemary

    1. DIRECTIONS:
    2. Muddle 3 cucumber slices with simple syrup in cocktail shaker
    3. Add lemon juice, gin and Suze
    4. Shake with ice and “double strain” through a fine mesh sieve to remove any cucumber pulp
    5. Pour over fresh ice in a Collins glass and top with tonic water; garnish with fresh cucumber slices

JanaeSound

JanaeSound (BMI) harnesses an unforgettable voice that is known to stir the soul. The powerhouse rock singer hails from St. Louis where she began cultivating her love for music at the tender age of 9 through the Opera Theatre of St. Louis. Known for her laser focus and unshakeable drive, JanaeSound was unsurprisingly tapped to open for FloRida alongside hometown hero Allen Gates at the 2017 NOW 96.3 NOW Night Out. Locally, she has clocked over 50 shows since her debut performance in Maine at the 2nd Annual Soul Revue at Portland House of Music and Events (July 2017). JanaeSound has also appeared at the Heart Soul & Substance Festival,  Sunaana Winter Music Festival, Bitter End (NYC), AllRoads Music Festival, and Harvest Moon Festival.
