- 0.25oz Raw Sugar Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- DIRECTIONS:
- Dry shake all ingredients
- Add ice, shake again
- Double strain into a coupe glass

- 0.75oz Lemon Juice
- 0.25 Simple Syrup
- 1 Strawberry
- 3 small pieces of Rhubarb
- Seltzer
- DIRECTIONS:
- Muddle strawberry and rhubarb with vodka
- Add lemon juice and simple syrup and shake
- Double strain into a Collin’s glass, add ice and top with seltzer
- Garnish with fresh strawberry and rhubarb ribbon

- .75oz Aperol
- 1oz Grapefruit Juice
- .5oz Lemon Juice
- DIRECTIONS:
- Combine and shake all ingredients
- Strain into double rocks glass and top with ice

**To make Gunpowder Green Tea Infusion
1. Place 2oz of Dried Gunpowder Green Tea in a container with 750ml of Crown Royal
2. Stir and let steep for 20 minutes
3. Strain back into bottle
