Combine all ingredients, extra bitters and club soda, in a cocktail shaker. Shake DRY (no ice) to emulsify, then add ice and shake well. Strain into a footed Fizz glass or small juice glass. Add bitters to the dry side of the shaker. Pour club soda into the shaker to create a Meyer lemon bitters foam. Finally, pour into the glass to form a head on the drink. Garnish with a lemon wedge. *Cardamom Syrup Instructions: Steep 1 part (1 cup by volume) of water until nearly boiling temperature. Stir in 1/4 cup green cardamom pods and steep for 3-5 minutes. Add equal part by volume (1 cup) of granulated sugar and stir this mixture until it is dissolved. Let the mixture stand until cooled to room temperature then strain out cardamom and store the syrup refrigerated after use. This mixture will approx. 1 week if covered and refrigerated.
