Build ingredients in a cocktail shaker except for the creme de mure and raspberries. Shake quickly with ice and strain in a Collins glass and top with cruched ice.
Ins a separate cocktail shaker, muddle raspberries and creme de mure into a very fine paste. Float paste evenly on top of the cocktail in the glass. Top again with crushed ice and garnish with raspberries.
