Muddle 1 strawberry in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, Campari, orange-blossom water, and 3 large ice cubes; cover and shake well. Fill a double rocks glass with crushed ice, then strain the cocktail into glass. Garnish with strawberry.
